First Joint Lecture Jeff Mogil
If you have nothing in your schedule for Thursday April 10th, 530 – 630pm, consider heading into the very flash new building on North Terrace – the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute.
There you will be able to listen to one of the world’s foremost authorities on the Genetics of Pain. If you already have something in the your diary for that time, change it and come to this.
Why? Because Professor Mogil knows more about this stuff than anyone else on the planet. We have been very fortunate to get him across to Adelaide on the lure of fine wine and a good crowd for this lecture.
SAHMRI has embraced the opportunity and, together with the PainAdelaide committee, are supporting this, the first Joint Lecture for the Mind & Brain Translational Research Theme.
Professor Mogil is the EP Taylor Professor of Pain Studies, and the Canada Research Chair in the Genetics of Pain, at McGill University, Montreal. He is a dynamic speaker and is on the very cutting edge of the field.
Click on the Flyer – you must register, but it is free, thanks to SAHMRI & PainAdelaide.
