We are on again! And it’s our 11th anniversary! We have been working hard to put together another cracking program for this year’s iteration of what is possibly the best little pain meeting in the world.
This year, we will be discussing:
Sleep and pain, what we can do about the former to help the latter (it’s not just what you get, it’s the way that you get it)
Painful hearts (a cardiologist, pain physician and patient walk into a room; my achey, breaky heart is on the juke box and the agenda, there are no coronary artery plaques, what’s going on and how can we help?)
Pain Edutainment (can learning about pain actually be fun?)
Socialisation of pain in kids – the SELF Framework (it’s not just what you SAY, it’s the way that you say it)
Merging interests (PainAU, things are gonna get better, now that we’ve found each other and how you can get involved)
Tech matters (can virtual reality actually make your job easier, or just give you headaches?)
Solving wicked problems through co-creation (the latest from public messaging projects, OA knee pain, pelvic pain and the world’s first Community Pain Champion program)

We are back at the National Wine Centre again and as per previous years, Numbers are strictly limited so you will need to be quick.
